Following!! I was just about to post that I’m having this exact issue, and I have tried it on both Mac and PC. To reiterate Sherry’s post, the only fillable fields that I have found have this problem are the “One Win From Today” and “What was awesome about playing guitar this week?” fields. All the other fields from the Weekly Progress Tracker pages seem to hold their inputs.
If anyone has a solution for this, I’m all ears!

Well, I can’t seem to get this pic to upload to save my life, and I consider myself fairly tech savvy. Will figure it out eventually!
