this is just my opinion, but I had an Epiphone inspired by gibson hummingbird. It was loud, tough and sounded great! If you check one out make sure it is the “inspired by Gibson” model . the price is in your range and I dont think you will be disappointed. Otherwise I would save up and buy a slightly used Martin d18 or d 28. Again just my opinion. Thanks for reading this

I always do fingerstyle as well.When you get into the daily challenges you will find many flat pick things, but, you will also find many fingerstyle challenges as well. Tony is no slouch himself at fingerstyle. I think in the long run you will really like this place and the folks are great here. Hang in and you will see.

I just learned something that is another small tool in the tool box . I’m sure you are way ahead of me, but here goes anyway.the 6th note of the major scale is the name of the relative minor scale . Banda bing!
