I play several times during the day. Usually before breakfast and lunch because I’m most alert when not digesting meals. I also like practicing in the evening a couple hours before bedtime.

i have converted my old office into my music room and i do my morning practice there.  I also practice in my living room at other times of the day and i have my guitar sitting prominently there to remind me to practice
