I’ll play 7 times in a perfect week, once M, T, W, Th, S, Sun, and twice on Friday: I have a live virtual lesson, and typically do the TAC rhythm guitar challenge. I usually stop work at 5:15, 5:30, and immediately practice after that; the anchor habit is closing out work email and chat, and calling it a cay. And I play in my home office/dog and cat napitorium.
