For the next three months, I would mainly like to just start playing again, and ideally to get into the habit of daily playing, and along the way learning (or re-learning) various skills, techniques, theory, etc.

In a perfect week, I would play every day (e.g., for the 10 minutes that Tony suggests). I will start by trying to create a habit by planning 10 minutes every day after I have my first cup of coffee, and before I have my second. I will play in my “music room/office” at my home.
