Thanks to you all for your support. Today is the first time i have opened a lesson this week, which is only Monday but it’s late for me on Monday. I did not pick up my guitar this weekend at all which is strange for me. I feel like my callouses have went away(I know they didn’t). I do like the cross picking stuff so I am looking forward to getting back on the horse. It’s time to turn the frown upside down if I could teach Boolean algebra to a bunch of people who thought that was something you made a sandwich out of. 🙂 I just need to find out how to make it fun… and sound like music.

I knew you folks would have good idea’s. I did order the book The Laws of Brainjo. I used to teach Electronics, math and physics and I have always preached you can solve most anything if you follow the correct recipe, work at it from a solid base and used the tools in the correct order…case solved.

Well I am sorry about the no refund but thank you all very much. So far I have managed 10 min to 2 hours over the 86 days I have had TAC. I know I am better than when I started since I was very much a newbie, but sometime it seems like I am spinning my wheels. I am still having problem even on the slow speed to make the TABs sound like music. I have tied a metronome with little success. Any ideas on how to get my timing down so it sounds like music? Again thank you guys for answering me it was much appreciated.

Funny thing , BooBoo59, before I was an engineer at Intel. I was an electronics, physic, and math teacher for a technical college for almost 10 years. I was drawing on my own experience for best practices I used on my students. All of my students were adults and it has been my experience with adults they need to know why they are doing something and what the outcome will be at the end.

Just my .02 cents worth.
