Why I'm Here

Played piano and woodwinds when I was young, about 10+ years of formal music lessons. Wanted to learn to play guitar now that I am an empty nester. Have been playing since October 2016 and am totally enjoying learning this new skill. I was borrowing a friend’s guitar and finally bit the bullet and bought a Martin X series, now sold. At the time I knew only four chords. I joined a local group called Sipping and Strumming- self explanatory and TAC three months later. As for guitars,  I have a Martin OMJM, Martin 0015M, Gretsch Streamliner Jr., and a Gibson jumbo parlor rosewood,  and a mahogany Taylor GS mini.
