Why I'm Here

I started playing guitar somewhere when I was 10, I think, and took music in high school, and private lessons in college, not much of it was fun and most of the songs that we were being taught didn’t interest me musically, and there was no connection between what I was being taught and what I wanted to able to play.  I’ve been teaching myself on and off since.

I have a beautiful Yamaha 12 string acoustic, and several Ibanez electrics that I’ve slowly collected over the years.  I have an old Charvette electric that I am rebuilding with the help of a luthier friend.
