Hey Hud,
I’m not following the nature of your confusion… what part of FW are you on? are we talking about shape, scale, matrix….. major vs minor depending on what key you’re on… i’m confused myself by your question 😀

Hey Rob,
everything is very flexible on here. You can do everything at your own pace, pick and choose what you feel capable of doing, do something new or revisit the stuff you’ve done any time you like.
For interest and challenge i would suggest doing a 5-day challenge, doesn’t have to start on a monday as it’s always available. There are many 5-day routines you can tackle, and also there are the skill courses. Oh and of course there is also the daily challenge to follow every week

tbh, you will develop your techniques as it goes and find what posture is comfortable… but as long as you don’t slouch on the chair you’re up to a good start. It’s difficult to explain the answers to your questions with just words. You might find useful techniques on YT…..

Also, try to watch as many proficient players as you can (ie youtube) and observe how they strum, absorbing their techniques will have an impact on your playing too as you try and replicate.
A common misconception is that we have to hit all the strings at speed when strumming. Try to brush them gently, keep a loose wrist, and target just a few strings at a time as an exercise.

yes, like Phil said, exercises, warmups, gentle stretches, massages with castor oil (or castor oil packs),
Also, avoid inflammatory foods/drinks. Such as sugars, wheat, ultra-processed foods, alcohols
Health allowing, incorporate turmeric, cinnamon, organic apple cider vinegar (in water) into your diet… i find it all helps
