LICK LIBRARY
I have been blocked for allegedly creating 5PAM messages in the “What’s New”.
The Lick Library is Integral to my ‘day-to-day’ workflow in TAC.
Can this facility have a “Stay of Execution” please, akin to the Forum; to allow those who use it to download what they require please ?

+1 on this. The ability to “hack” the lessons was a feature of the old site that makes the TAC method tenable and sustainable for those of us who have been through the cycle of lessons several times. Not sure how man folks have tried the speed adjustment for the video, but it’s not good. It warps and distorts the tone of the guitar, which kind of defeats the purpose of the feature. I suspect as more people experience this, more folks will want the ability to download the lesson and use their own tools for slowing down/speeding up playback, as many of us do now.

Wow, this is a tough one. I can empathize. And I can get @Levi to come and take a look at your request. I had not experienced the issue with the speed function.

Register another +1. Putting the libraries out there, where we can browse for what we want has more value to me than the ability to create/curate my own library of favorites. I’ve rarely downloaded lessons (either during the daily lesson, or ad hoc); though I did in order to prepare for the expected blackout this week. The loss of the download functionality is a small bummer.
@Derrick, I know that you have a very good ear, so I trust your observation about playback quality in the speed adjustment – I didn’t take notice of the tone quality when I used the feature, but it probably wouldn’t ruin my experience, except when learning a song (such as in the song vault). Props to you for having the tech savvy to correct it yourself.

What SPAM could you l have created? Mallard Duck courting? I am with you on all the libraries. Not sure what the reason is. Guess I should have down loaded each one of the videos and music tabs, but had no idea they were on the chopping block. Not sure what my next move will be, but removing tools I use is uncool. Dan (or as I am now know as was-dan)

I can no longer download the daily video either.
Have asked whether it is a glitch or removed from the site functionality.
Oh, the ducks have nested: 13 eggs so far. 😎
