  Fretboard Wizard

  First off…..Is this the correct location for Fretboard wizard questions?

  Second…Is there any course materials for the chord matrix? A PDF or something. The scale degrees and making chords major and minor is kicking my butt.

  This is exactly the right place @Himleyn. Thanks for posting your question. If you have anymore questions as you go through the Fretboard Wizard Course, please post them. Let us know if you need any help understanding the major minor chords and scale degrees. I actually love explaining music theory stuff.

  Thanks MG. I will….believe me. For one, I understand that moving the 3rd degree you can make the chord minor or major. However, I don’t understand when Tony goes through the notes….say for the A minor chord or ACE in the chart. The intervals don’t have to be in order like 1 – 3 – 5 it could be 1 -5 – 3 correct? My brain automatically thinks the intervals should be 1-3-5 in order.
