Fretboard Wizard issue – could use some assistance please
I could use some help and most likely my stupidity. I can’t get my Fretboard Wizard to work. It shows me where I left off, gets me to the title of the next section . . . But it’s blank. No video. I go back to the ones I did and the same thing- no video. What am I doing wrong?

Hmmm. It is working for me. There are several browser related items it could be. I don’t know if you’ve done any of these recently:
Browser Updates
Added a pop-up blocker
Performed OS updates.
What I would suggest is log out of TAC and go to your browser settings and clear the cache. I don’t know what browser you are using, but it is easy enough to find the specifics for your browser via Google.
After clearing the cache, completely close all browser windows.
Give it about 30 seconds to clean up everything, then try launching it again.

You might try clearing your cache and see if that helps. Otherwise, I would contact TAC support.

I have had this happen myself. Never on my computer, but on my IPad. Clearing the cache might help, it’s worth a try. I don’t know how to contact support. The Support page to me just looks like a bunch of lists for you to scroll through. @Loraine , can we directly contact someone at “support”?

Hey @Cadgirl On the lessons page there is a link at the bottom of the page that is a question mark (bottom left ?) and it opens a chat window for support. They’re not typically live but they respond fairly quickly. If you can’t locate it let me know.
