I really liked your F Barre video! And what a great studio you have! It took me quite a while to get the F Barre chord (all 6 strings) as well. Things that a friend told me that really helped.
If you can do this yourself, then perfect! If not, take it to someone who is a guitar tech.
1. Lower the action of your strings. Meaning get the strings as low to the frets without buzzing. That way it takes less pressure to press the strings down.
2. Change the strings to smallest gauge. I have D’Addario 10’s. Thinner strings means less tension to get the string in tune so easier to push down on.
3. Slightly roll your index finger to create more pressure on the strings and you will use more of the bone of your finger.
4. Finally, practice.
Good Luck!
