  What video did TONY play \"Oh My Sweet Carolina\"

  Looking for the video (Acoustic Tue or other) that I watched last year, where Tony Polecastro played “Oh my Sweet Carolina” by Ryan Adams on his father’s “loaded” guitar. He talked about how this was the song where his dad sang harmony when he visited his dad in the hospital. Tony played the entire song. As I recall, this video wasn’t recorded with Tony’s typical newer video setting. I know I watched it, but I’ve looked and cannot find it anywhere. Anyone know?

  I don’t know off the top of my head, but that definitely sounds like Acoustic Tuesday. You can do a search on the Acoustic Life web site and maybe find it. I would love to watch (or re-watch) this. I’ll check back. If I find it, I’ll let you know.

  I found it!!! After looking through a year’s worth of Acoustic Tuesdays…. I found it !

    I’m sorry I didn’t have time to help you out earlier. It took me only to searches. First, I searched for “father’s guitar” and got nothing. Then I searched for “oh my sweet carolina” and got it at the top. I’m glad you found it and I’m glad to be reminded. I did see this episode.

      Where did you search?

      I could never get it to come up in the Acoustic Tuesday searches or anywhere else…… I just had to scroll through and happened to stumble upon it.

      Yeah, ok, so that’s a little tricky, @brhodes . Acoustic Tuesday isn’t the same as Acoustic Life. So I did a search in Google for Acoustic Life, not Acoustic Tuesday. Then, I got several choices, but I scrolled down to “acousticlife.tv”. That is where the show actually lives. From there, it is ported to YouTube, FaceBook, and even TAC. If you go there, you can do searches for anything and it’s so much easier to find what you want. After all, there are now over 200 taped shows.
