Delayed Start with a funeral and then Thanksgiving. Recalibrating my study/module review after head/heart clearing and turkey. Just finished Hooser. what was hard was following the string pick. But I figured it out after several replays and Backups. Then the lightbulb turned on. FUN! going to set it down and take about 10 minutes in the morning to just do it again… Will start the weekly Journal. what an adventure!

You said it! Fun is the key here. Some of the challenges are just beyond me at thd moment but I give them 10 then move on. I have found my playing move forward more in 8 months than the last 40 years jyst by turning up each day and doing something beyond my current skill level. Now I’m getting comfortable with things I couldn’t play when I started I spend another 20 mins to an hour jamming around in my “new” comfort zone. Fun? Hell yeah! Keep on Rockin @Rodger 🤟😎🎸

@RODGER Glad you’re able to make it back. I’m sorry to hear of the loss you recently experienced. And I hope you were able to have a nice Thanksgiving in spite of your loss. Life tends to be difficult, but you’ve found a sliver of joy in your guitar journey. Just do the best you can with the daily challenges, for at least 10 minutes per day. And then mark it complete. Glad you’re having fun with it!!
