  EASY/HARD

  Some things are getting easier because I have been consistent with playing. I have never, except in Guitars for Vets, played this many days in a row. I ned to keep stretching my fingers and wrists. Hard with arthritus.

  Great win Jacquelyn – Yes, definitely stretch as much and often as possible, especially with arthritis. It may actually help with it. I have bad tennis elbow and tendinitis right now in my fretting arm, and I think it’s because I wasn’t stretching enough.
