Am I being reduced to a 78 year old child?…..I hope so
Sometimes as I try to learn I feel like the Itsy Bitsy Spyder who went up the water spout. I get part way up and then the rain washes me out. BUT …. the Itsy Bitsy spyder goes back up the drain. Im making progress and then I go backwards. Then I go back up the water spout but like an inch worm….just a little bit at a time. Still, progress is progress which beats the heck out of not trying.

Solid win @Mrfredsporty ! Sometimes even though it seems like I am having a difficult time accomplishing anything with the lesson, I will have a go at it the next day and it falls into place. 😃

@Mrfredsporty I love your post title and your analogy! Up here in the prairies of Canada we’re getting some lovely early mornings. I love to grab a coffee, my guitar and play in the backyard as the sun rises. I’m so very grateful that I decided to finally learn to play. I’m climbing, sliding then climbing some more and loving the adventure. Cheers👍

I have learned a number of the standard children’s song. They are fun. Itsy Bitsy Spider is a classic. Thanks for reminding me I need to play those songs sometimes so I don’t forget them. 😎
