  Buffering

  Anyone else having trouble with the videos in Fretboard Wizard? Mine keeps buffering out half way through the video. Not having that problem with any other videos.

  You might send a message to support. It sounds like an issue with their server since you are able to get other videos without this happening.

  But I have not used the FW videos in a while. Maybe, I should try one today and I’ll get back with you.

  Hi @RC60 . I have been using to new FW videos for about 3 weeks or so and have not had buffering issues. @N-lightMike has a good suggestion regarding reaching out to the TAC Support team.
