I think, generally speaking, that the Monday daily challenge, is a good “warmup” for that week. Again– very generally speaking.
I have a very small “list” of prior- (some are waaay prior)- daily challenge lessons that I’ve saved aside because I particularly like them. Most of them are from “Mondays”. Plus, they get the “warm-up” missions accomplished.
I always do the stretching exercises- (at least some anyway- although soitainly not to the extent of the Skills-course video on this subject😉)- before EVERY playing session.
I have some arthritis in both my hands- (mostly thumbs). Stretching helps with that I think.
Extra note- make sure you have your fretting arm straight while doing these exercises– (you can indeed feel it clear up into your arm when you are only just stretching fingers around)- that makes a huge difference.
