2 small wins equals one big grin
Posted by albert_d on November 12, 2022 at 5:58 amI completed Fretboard Wizard 2.0 yesterday and session number 1300 today. But the big win is all the fun I’ve had doing it. I am so much better and enjoy playing so much more than I did 1300 sessions ago. I say this not to boast but to encourage any who read the forum to “take it easy, but take it.”- Pete Seeger

Congrats on finishing!
Soooooo………….. What did you think of it– relative to what skills you already have/had?.
I …. personally ….. loved ….. it!
You are farther along than I in our guitar-journeys.
Do you have any observation/tidbits/hints/tips that you can think of that you’d like to share…. Different viewpoints that are shared make us ALL stronger. Those “little things” that you might see– (that I can’t yet)– are PURE GOLD.
Again— congrats—-

Congrats @albert_d in finishing FW2 and experiencing the growth and impact. That’s awesome and must be very gratifying
I have been working my way through FW 2 and really digging into the challenge and how to integrate it into our daily challenges. There have been quite a few insights for me in doing so.
Congrats! 👏👍😎🎶🎸

My observation @the-old-coach would be how surprising it is that theory (FBW) adds so much more depth to the fun of playing. My younger self would have thought theory would be just something to push through, but once the small building blocks began to accumulate I had a much higher platform from which to to play. I would encourage all geeks after “30 days to play” to add a little theory to your plan.
