  Thx. I’m not sure how well they work together but I felt like the fingerpicking was too monotonous.

  I need to work on starting to use the pinky to weave melody notes into the chords to spice it up

  Very nice performance @That_Guy 🤩👏👏 I agree with @Kitman , finger picking for the verse and strumming for the chorus was a nice touch😘 That definitely gave some “pizazz” to the song👍🎸

  The most important thing about music that I have learned was from watching Beavis and Butthead on MTV years ago.

  They were watching a Metalica video and Beavis was complaining about how slow and boring certain parts of the song in between the heavy choruses was. Butthead then explained to him how you can’t rock out the entire song or else you won’t be able to tell when the good part is lol
