Problem posting replies
Hey TAC Family!
I’ve been posting on the forums with success. However, when I try to reply and include a tag to another member for thanks, my messages turn red and do not post.
The only way I have solved this is to post a reply without tagging them.
I’m sure I’m overlooking something on my end, but I’ve tried doing this on multiple devices and browsers and I get the same error.
I’d like folks to know I appreciate their replies.
Any thoughts?

Hi @trevor_finally_learns_guitar I’ve had problems posting in the past and getting the pink screen of death. Support doesn’t seem to understand the problem. I’ve sent them screenshots in the past and explained what I was trying to accomplish. They basically state it is not a system error, but a user error. I disagree. There is something that happens in the system that does it, not the user. Support says to clear your history, try a different computer, try a different internet browser, sign out and sign back in, but nothing seems to work, unless I restart my computer or just wait until the next day. I’m surprised it lets you post right after you’ve gotten the pink screen.
When you go to tag someone with the @ sign, make sure you stay on the @name until the TAC window drops down with the match for the name you’re putting in. Make sure you click on that in order to tag someone before you write the rest of your message.
If the problem persists, contact Support and send them screenshots and explain the problem and see what they say. Good luck with it.

You are describing the problem I am having perfectly! I appreciate the suggestions. I will try them as I continue to post in the forum.
I currently get the “pink screen of death 😂” on 2 computers and an iPhone. I’ve tried multiple browsers on all devices.
Worst case scenario, I will continue replying without the tag.
