1: List 3 Wins from the last 90 Days & Reflect on your last 90 days
– I was practicing a song on the back porch at sunset when a black bear wandered quietly into the yard. I guess it likes the Beatles as much as I do!
– I played a clean barre chord!!!
– 1 year with TAC! I shared my TAC Anniversary story, recorded a video of my song progress, and had a lot of fun reading all the community support. Thanks all!2: List Your 90 Day Goal & fast start milestone
– Goal 1: To Still Be Playing in another 90 Days
– Goal 2: To work on the song Crowded Table by the Highwomen
Fast Start Milestone 1: Print Chords and review videos online
Milestone 2: Practice Chord Transitions with down strum only
Milestone 3: Practice Rhythm and Timing and incorporate slowly with chord changes3: List Your Guitar Ritual
– Play 3 Days Per Week 10 min per session (down from 5 to reflect busyness at work)
– Play after work on the grey couch in the living room during the week or at the same spot in the morning on weekends.4: List Your Plan for Obstacles
– Work has been busy & stressful.
– My plan: cut my practice days down from 5 to 3 temporarily through Dec to allow for less pressure practicing. Focus on fun and using guitar as a stress reliever rather than an additional stress. Work on songs when I have the energy but commit to just 10 min with skill TAC lessons when I’m busy.Cheers all!
