I tried to repost an older message, but it caused a glitch that wouldn’t allow any comments to come through.

This is just a friendly message to newer TAC members. When responding to a specific post or replying to a comment in a post, make sure you preface it with “@ and the member’s name (no spaces between @andname; i.e. @loraine – Once you’ve typed this in, a drop down with the matching individual should drop down, and you click on it to ensure you’ve typed in the @andname correctly . I’ve noticed that many times I have to add a space after typing in the @andname and then a backspace before the drop down appears and you click on it. By doing this, their name will be hyperlinked, and the person that you are responding to will receive a notification of a response (shown at the bell icon at the top right). If you don’t do this, a person will not know that you’ve responded and will not read your message unless they happenstance upon it.

To summarize, preface responses with an ampersand and the users name, I.e. @Loraine.
