  new here, any advice would be great.

  Just signed up a few days ago and have the 30 day to play courses complete. Im not a new new beginner.,,, but Where to start ? Is there an order to follow? how do I know what to do every day? Im sure this has been asked and answered a bunch of times but I’m not a techie savvy person at all. Thank you!!!

  Hit up the TAC guide in the side menu choices. It answers the questions you are asking.

  Welcome to TAC @billgolibergmail-com ! The guide mentioned by Jeff is a good place to start. You’ll probably want to understand the setup of the weekly lessons, so I suggest taking peg the 5 day challenge in the skills courses, and it’s always good to refresh yourself on stretching. Then you can start the daily challenges. It doesn’t matter what day of the week you start. Some like to begin on a Monday, because then each day builds upon the previous one. You can take any of the skills courses that interest you. There’s no set curriculum. Have fun with it.
