    Finally back to TAC and got power chords down! Fifth straight practice day. Celebrating having a lot of fun and not feeling like I have to do everything perfectly. Just having a really good time.

    Ta da ! Yup not demanding that you be perfect AND showing up seem to me to be the top 2 rules of progress.
