  Session numbers

  Hello everyone! Question, if I log into the website and then something comes up and I get “timed out” or lose my connection and I log back in, does that count as another session? I know that might sound stupid but I really want an accurate count of how many times I have played and hoping it counts on a daily basis and not log in times. Thank you!

  I don’t know the answer to your question but do know that the session number has always been inaccurate for me. I use an IOS app called Andante to track all my practices.

  Hi @PickinmyPocket I’m pretty sure it does not count as another session. Sessions are based on whether you sign in daily. It will have already logged your session for the day.

  I think you only get credited for one session per day and not sure how long you have to be logged in or what has to happen. I know I have lost streaks even though I was logged in and doing challenges, just failed to click on whatever to trigger the counter.
