How to restart the program?
I watched the first video (just to watch), and it said to hit complete when done. I did, but it completed the entire thing (tuning was the first of 4 steps that all got checked off). I can’t find a way to undo this – and I’m getting my guitar restrung since the strings are old. I keep getting emails thinking I’m moving forward. HELP!

Hi Erika, What was the 1st video? Are you referring to Start here, the 30 day challenge, the daily challenge? You can still go back and do the lessons, even if they’re marked complete. The only ones that you may have difficulty with would be the daily challenge if the month has closed out (even then you might have the opportunity still). If you absolutely want it unchecked as complete, you can contact Victoria at TAC. Click on the Help button and chat. If she’s not available, she’ll get back with you fairly quickly.

As @Loraine stated you can still do the lesson even if marked complete. I’ve redone many. Just relax and have fun with it. Congratulations on your deliberate efforts to make your guitar journey a enriching part of your life.
