I should have kept my 1st taping because it was the best except for the next to-last chord. Instead, I went through hell trying to just get through it. My fault, because I’m slap-happy from lack of sleep. Have been up since yesterday at 5:30 a.m. Went to a concert last night, and got home late. I realized that I had just missed the area the plane went down in Philly. It occurred right outside my work. I wasn’t coming from work though. I was caught going in large circles trying to get to where the concert was. It was rush hour, raining, and I was late getting to concert for backstage pass check in, and I was zigzagging all over the place and passed probably within a mile of the crash site and a 1/2 hour before the crash. If I’d been by work, I would have definitely seen it. Such tragedies this week.
From not really having played much since the beginning of October, my vocals have again atrophied and I need to work on them.

Way to go Loraine…nice job on such a beautiful song…brings back a lot of memories from a time gone by…much needed during these turbulent days…playing music is cathartic and good for the soul so keep em coming sister. thanks for posting and hope you got caught up on your rest 🙂

Love that song. Probably one of the world’s best tunes. You did a great job on it. Thanks for sharing. Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck recently did a version of it that is pretty cool. If you haven’t heard it you should look it up and have a listen.
