Thanks @Bill_Brown so very much for listening in and commenting. Very much appreciated can’t remember where or when I 1st heard this song. I know it touched a heartstring and songs that do that deserve to be remembered so glad you found the unplugged rendition enjoyable.

What a nice voice. Thank you, I’ve always remembered this song since I was a kid, but haven’t heard it since then. Takes me back.

I remember this. It was my Senior Year. There was a very wide range of music from folk to rock, from Seeger to Simon and Garfunkel, from Goldsboro to Johnny Cash, from Jose Feliciano to The Rolling Stones, from Aretha to Petula Clark. It’s likely the same now. I’m just a different kind of Senior now.

Thanks @albert_d yes you had great music to draw from the reason I know about that music. Grew up in the country music always was behind by many years started getting into the rock Fleetwood Zep Aerosmith Boston era more modern after buying an underdash cassette player for my truck. 8 track before that country was Waylon Willie ish . The early exposure to records country dances to good ole music has always stuck with me. As I learn more playing wise I am getting to do old and new now. So the music journey is getting wider. Thanks for listening in and commenting. Very much appreciated so grateful you found the unplugged rendition enjoyable.
