I apologize that my speech is so soft. I really have to work on my “Stage Presence” – lol! (maybe I’ll do this over and post a better video but done is done for now).

Sharing my playing the last part of the challenge along a few thoughts that might be helpful to some newer folks.

Thanks Pete! That looks like a carbon fiber guitar. How do you like it. Nice to see you post.

I really like it! The price was great and it’s actually cheaper now ($159) than when I bought it. Not sure how much longer with the Tariffs and now gobs of Chinese containers dropping into the sea out in Long Beach! The size is just perfect. I’m not small but hanging over a full size guitar is not as enjoyable as this nice midsize. The body is only 3 1/2” instead of 5″ thick which is a huge difference. And, even though it’s shorter, it only has 3 fewer frets than my full size. The cutout easily compensates for that by making frets 15 – 17 much easier to reach.

It’s a Donner Rising G1, with a mahogany body with a carbon top. I’m still using the factory strings and I have another set that came with it. The tone is really pleasant to me. I do have a small issue with it, that I have to iron out. There’s 13th fret is slightly low near the high E and B strings. I have to press the E extra hard to make sure it’s playing E and not F. But this affects very little of what you would normally play and I’ll figure out how to fix it eventually.

I would like to have a little bit louder (both guitar and vocals). I like it when others provide tips, tricks, lessons learned, etc. Thank you. Btw, nice guitar.

@lecassandra and @Loraine thanks for yo watching and responding. I really appreciate any interaction with my fellow TAC members. I intend to post a lot more video eventually, I am getting to the point where I am less self conscious.

@petelanger, well, you’ve got more guts than me. I’m still too hesitant to post anything of me playing.

I think I played and sang this song better before I started trying to get percussive with it but I like the effect so much I keep trying to make it natural. Thanks for your tips.

Way to go Pete! thats a tricky riff with that percussion but you’re getting it down. Stay with it and it will become more and more natural. Rock on brother…thanks for posting!
