Crazy how trying play while recording affects your concentration! Benchmark after about 290 sessions of TAC. Just wish I could sing along, but apparently I am tone deaf :).

This chord progression is a lot fun, isn’t it. Enjoyed seeing your progress. Thanks.

Thanks Braden! The D to F is still a bit wonky, and trying to be less mechanical with the strumming is my goal! Thanks for listening, my friend!

@JTSchrock you’re doing just fine! Just keep doing what you are doing and it will all come together. Nice one!

Pretty good !. What tab sheet are you working from. I’m a newbie and I can’t seem to find a cohesive tab sheet for the song in the benchmark week.

Hey Gavin, I was basically playing Tony’s version Lovely Place tab. Hotel California is essentially the same except it is much longer repeating the same thing for the verses and chorus. Without vocals playing the whole thing is just too monotonous to listen to. I just added the intro with the arpeggiated notes to sound similar to the recording.

When that light comes on… we all deal with it. Thanks for sharing and I think it is coming along nicely. Keep at it.

    You did a great job.

Where can I find the lesson for this song? I saw the Forum posted, but I can’t find the actual lesson??
