OK I’ll bite…why do down strokes on the two G notes at the end? Coming off the down stroke on the D why not an up stroke then a down stroke on the G’s? Mart

Very fair question here 🙂 When counting the measure those notes land on the downbeat so down strokes get the call to play those notes, even though they are physically located above the note you just played. I know it seems weird, but if you attribute pick direction to timing it always stays consistent as opposed to basing it on physical location. I hope this helps 🙂
