Hi @Kim-Fitz , You should contact TAC Support. I think @Victoria should be able to help. When you get to the “Support” page, look to the lower right side of the screen and you’ll see a (green??) tablet icon, click on that and then you can ask that question and someone will answer you back in a few hours.
