    Hi Kate ( @[email protected] ), sorry to say, but Fretboard Wizard is a separate cost (which you should have been offered to purchase when you signed up for TAC). Otherwise, there is an open enrollment twice a year (usually spring and fall). There will be an announcement fro TAC when the time comes. I also suggest that you contact Victoria at TAC HQ via the help icon at the lower left of the screen.
