    That was a nice little course @Sungreen , but I have to agree with @jumpinjeff – nuts & bolts of CAGED. It’s based on partial E & A shaped barre chords (and the open D shape too). I like how they broke the barre chords into segments of strings, but essentially you’re just playing segments of barre chords – but only touching on 3 of the 5 chord shapes in CAGED. If you examine what this course calls “roots” (RT) closely, you’ll see that, starting with RT1=partial E shaped barre chords, RT2=open D shaped chords, RT3=partial A shaped barre chords, RT4=partial E shaped barre chords, RT5=full A shaped barre chords, and finally RT6=full E shaped barre chords.

    But all in all, still a fun read, thanks for sharing👍
