    You can start the daily challenges whenever you like. It seems intimidating to start (at least it did to me) then I realised you do not have to perfect them or even play at a certain speed. Just try to follow along for 10 mins or so. Gradually what happens is the techniques start to seep into your playing by osmosis. You won’t even realize until two or three months down the road you start to get a few more easily. It’s my one year this weekend and I cannot believe where I am just by turning up each day even if I can’t get something. The process works if you hive it time. Best of luck and welcome to TAC.
