The easiest way to fix this is to just wait until the next day and try again. I’ve tried clearing my history cache, signing out and signing back in, and nothing would work once I received the pink screen. But if I just waiting a day, it was back to normal.
Make sure you let TAC know of the issue and what message you were trying to post under. They can also post for you if you send them what you want posted.
