You’re sweet and kind — I needed a little lift today. The plate holding the wrist straight causes my had to be perpetually swollen, bruised and painful. I can’t pull my fingers down or in a fist, because it pulls on tender area. Lots is heat and cold wraps today. I think the fold might make it worse.

Bright side, had a fabulous dinner with my 86 year old neighbor, who I love dearly.
