A Little Stuck
Hello all, I started the 30 day get started program and then did the 5 day challenge. I went on vacation for a couple weeks and I’m feeling like I lost memory and continuity of teaching practice. I’m asking advice for where do you think I should pick up lessons again? Should I go back to beginning of 30 day starter? Launch into Fretboard? Thanks for your help

You don’t have to remember what was before to move forward. No matter where you are in the program, just continue! You went through the 2 programs that are recommended before starting the Daily Challenges. So just pick up from there. Don’t worry if you can’t get through the entire challenge, that’s perfectly normal. It took me months before I could play through my first week and try to do it all. As weeks move on you will see different model songs but the same concepts come around over and over, you’re never behind!
