Back after probably 5 months off. I’ve been working on the sections of the 12 bar blues challenge that I had already completed, the Donna Summers? lick, and today finally jumped back into the daily challenge. It was loads of fun and I nailed it went a few times regular speed, then down to .75, then .5, jump to 1.25 and 1.5 then back to 1. Yeah it got sloppy up top but then bringing it down to 1 it felt good, not perfect, but good. Lucky the dealer dealt 2, I had one up and one…

Welcome back @TripleB ! Sounds like you were having some fun. What you did is actually a great tool. I often will start out slower and then I raise it to the level I want and then the highest ridiculous level (no way I can play it), and this tricks the mind when taken back down to the actual speed I was hoping to achieve. It makes it feel like that speed is slower and more attainable. Great win!

Good for you, TripleB. Sounds like you’re on the right track. Watch those extra Aces. No cheating! 😉
