  • Arthritis is killing me!

Posted by randyleewritergmail-com on August 10, 2026 at 2:34 pm

Over the past year I have developed arthritis in my left hand and wrist. It is pretty much unbearable to play for more than two or three minutes. I use braces, compression, Tylenol and arthritic ointment – but none of it really help. I had intended to cancel my membership here before it automatically renewed – but I forgot. So, now I have paid another $197 for another year of agony. …Sorry, that is how it feels at the moment. So – I am looking for “community support” on two possible fronts:

    1) Does anybody have any ideas on relieving the arthritic pain? (Please keep in mine that I am not able to tolerate anti-inflammatory medicine – that is why I only take Tylenol)

    2) Is there any way that I can get my second year <i style=””>(or at least the next 363 days worth) refunded, since it does not appear I will be able to get any value form the site?

Thanks for your consideration and input.

there are online youtube hand and finger stretching exercises you could consider.

I have mild arthritis and use CBD cream, a therapeutic squeeze ball and chinese exercise steel balls that seem to help.

If it hurts that bad, you might explore thumb replacements (like a hip replacement rather than tendon surgery). It is a relatively new procedure and my wife had it done a few weeks ago and she is rehabbing quickly and singing its praises.
