1. # days? 7; focused weekdays, noodling weekends
2. When? Morning to get my 10m then full session in the evening
• Mornings = Yamaha Silent Acoustic – so I don’t wake anyone 🙂
• Evenings = Seagull Maritime SWS – because it sounds awesome3. Where? The music nook in my bedroom
4a. Pre-TAC Life? Fumbling from course to course, little progress, lots of frustration
4b. Post-TAC Life? Feeling focused, inspired, and excited for the week-to-week progress I see
My kid actually commented a couple days ago that my guitar sounded good – high praiseMorning Routine (my tiny habit minimum – right after I wake up)
1. Tony’s Daily Stretch for Guitar (10m)
2. Listen to a live version of the song I’m learning to burn it into by brain (3m)
3. Run through the Daily TAC or Skill I’m doing (10m)Evening Routine (optional – I don’t get mad at myself if it doesn’t happen, but it usually does)
1. Play current TAC/Skill
2. Play the favorites I’ve marked on TAC (try to keep it < 2-3)
