Day 100 of The 100 Day Project – Yippee! I’m Done!
My first post wound up going off in cyberspace somewhere, so here is Attempt #2…Hopefully I’ll remember everything I wrote before…😧
Well, this 100 Day Project has been one heck of a roller coaster ride – many ups and downs – and I’m glad I did it, and I’m REALLY, REALLY glad it’s over.😁
Thanks to a suggestion from @Dirk_R , today’s song is a reprise of Day 66 – “Come Away With Me” by Norah Jones.
Plus today I had a mini challenge within my challenge – to record only one time and post it. So today you have my one and only recording – big flubs and all. 😜
Little did anyone know that I have been recording songs over and over and over again – sometimes recording 40+ times – before I was satisfied enough with a song to post it. Many times I was tired and frustrated and just picked the best of the bunch and uploaded it. It was actually part of my learning process. I discovered that I could not truly memorize and remember a song until I was “on” and the camera was recording.📹
So that was one discovery. There’s much more, and some have asked me to do a “what I learned” post, which I plan to do on Day 101. I just want to give it some more thought overnight.
Finally, I want to let you know how much this TAC community has helped me in achieving this goal. Without your kindness and support and uplifting comments each and every day, there is NO WAY I would have gotten this far. So this is really OUR win! Thank you all so very much!
And I want to give a special shout out to those special people who I do not believe missed a single day – @Dirk_R , @Alfred , @Loraine , @Dan D# , @AttyTJ , @Christopher_H and @Mike56 . If there is anyone else who watched every recording, please let me know so I can extend my appreciation. Bless you for your tolerance!

Thanks for 100 days of musical fun. I am in awe of your achievement @Michelle-PSL ! 100 days of constant improvement, some great song choices, and some songs that made me reevaluate my musical prejudices (Prince). My TAC subscription ends today and I’m glad I got to see your 100th day before I go.

Thanks for that. I love that song Michelle, Kelly and I were singing it on Mothers day, maybe we will do a duet of it some day. And congratulations for the awesome accomplishment of doing 100 performances in 100 days. I was like a cat hanging from a tree branch, praying that you would make it through as you had planned. Bravo! And enjoying each day as it came along, wondering what song it would be. You chose some wonderful songs that introduced me to music I had not listened to before.🙏
