    Finally managed to crack 160 bpm without fluffing and doing alternate picking all the way. Just could not get to 170 bpm, but its more than a small win as the last time I did this I only got to 120 bpm

    Big win! I need to up my game Ive been happy with slow progress but I think I need to raise the bar. I aim to get all the finger exercises at 120.
