First Perfect month of daily challenges
Posted by Ash1969 on December 5, 2022 at 3:51 pmMy first perfect month of daily challenges. It took me a while, but this past November, I notched my first perfect month of daily challenges. I didn’t miss a single day.

Nice work!
Stay with it even if/ when things seem a little “vague”. Don’t know if you’ve completed the “30 days to Play”, (or where you are in your guitar journey), but if you haven’t yet— check out some of the Skills Courses.
Don’t compare yourself to “anyone else”, or worry about where you think you “should” be in your journey, always remember what Tony says- “momentum over perfection”, and HAVE FUN.
I say this stuff like I know what the h*ll I’m talking about. Because I DO….at one point or another, I did ALL those things wrong😀. I learned the hard way…..

I ran through the 30 day challenge and the skills courses in short order. But the daily challenges were still too much for me in the beginning…and you know how it goes…you don’t really feel like doing something that looks impossible. But I must’ve gotten better incrementally over time to the point where they are consistently very do-able.

Congrats on a great win @Ash1969 ! Having and implementing a consistent guitar routine as well as having fun is really important to your guitar journey. Keep it going!

I think that’s the big one – getting consistent. The more consistent I am the more fun I’m having, the more consistent still I get – it becomes a virtuous cycle

Good job, Ash1969!! 👏
I was hit and miss when I first started the Daily’s. I’m more consistent now, but still bounce around on occasion.
Keep up the good work!!

Thanks – seeing if I can keep it up in december and hit two straight perfect months now 🙂
