Hi Tony & Fellow TAC Members,

Before starting today’s challenge, I decided to test myself on some of what I learned in Fretboard Wizard before watching the videos.

I wrote out the chord chart for the key of Em AND Voilà! I did it! All notes and chords spelled out and matched up with what Tony gave us in today’s challenge. What a great feeling!

Thank you Tony and Fellow Guitar Geeks!

    Rickey–

    Great win!

Kinda neat how all of this “ties together” isn’t it.

After dabbling, playing and memorizing chords, and playing tabbed-songs for years- (actually about 4 decades), to me, it’s really cool to LEARN what actually makes up that particular G-chord, or F-chord, or Em chord, or whatever chord, or scale, or turning it into a minor chord, or what other chords go with that chord, etc, etc.

I was memorizing things even though I didn’t even know what the hell I was memorizing!

To now learn it all after the fact is cool stuff.

Your win on the Em chord family is a BIG, BIG win!
