    My small win is that I’ve played every day despite a very serious health situation happening to a family member. (Partial removal of tongue due to cancer) Doing the daily challenges gave me something to distract me from the sorrow. Grateful for all that I have.

    So sorry to hear about your family.sometimes just continuing a small but

    I meaningful routine can help.more importantly you will find that the folks of tac are so supportive and caring and will be with you throughout this trying time.
