1.) How many days per week do you play?

Most often I practice 7 days a week. I mainly work on the daily challenge during the week days, on the weekends I try to work on a song or two, or go back to work on daily challenges that were “challenging” 🙂

2.) What time of day do you play?

I usually play in the evening, like around 8pm. Sometimes I practice in the morning as well. Twice a day practice can only help. Right?

    3.) Where do you play?

My guitar zone is the computer room. Seeing as how I am going online to get the daily I just play there. It is also where I keep my guitar.

4.) What was your guitar life like before having a guitar routine & how has implementing a consistent guitar routine helped you? (if possible name 3 ways).

Before my TAC routine I had tried a couple other online guitar learning sites. So I was bouncing around to different sites and just picking lessons kind of at random. One of the things that I could never figure out was how long to try learning something. I always figured that you had to be almost as good as the lesson giver was demonstrating before moving on. Well, that leads to very long lessons (at least in my case, seems I am a very slow learner :)) So again in my case I felt that progress was very very slow and it was easy to get bored. I wanted to move on. With TAC; its try hard for 10 minutes, then mark it complete. Next day new lesson! Gradual improvement and lots of exposure to new things.

The positive feedback from the TAC community is very nice – something that was missing from other methods.

The continual communication from Tony is another added benefit. Between Acoustic Tuesdays, the monthly online meeting and several emails every week from Tony makes you feel like you are a part of something and included in the group.

My progress is slow, but continual improvement is being made. I know because I can hear it . It is also nice that my wife has commented more than once that I have come a long way. Of course my progress is never as fast as I would like it to be but forward progress is being made and it is fun learning new things.

5.) Bonus Question: What is one non-guitar item that is a must have in your guitar routine?

My hearing aids, or everything sounds kinda muffled.
