I make music
I tried to learn guitar in my twenties. For awhile I had a teacher and practiced alone in my apartment. I didn’t stick with it. My will was not resilient enough to carry me over the dry patches. Now I’m in my late sixties and my challenge is to enjoy the journey of learning what I can with a toehold in this world of music. Along with the learning there are simple moments, fragments of beauty strung together, overtones reverberating. I am make music.
